Warranty Policy

1. Coverage

All watches purchased from CILOA Watches are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.


2. What Is Covered

The warranty applies to:

  • Movement malfunction or failure

  • Defective internal components

  • Manufacturing or assembly defects

  • Loose hands or dial misalignment caused by production issues


3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, strap damage, etc.)

  • Water damage (our watches are rated up to 3 ATM, suitable for daily use but not for swimming or showering)

  • Accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair

  • Battery replacement

  • Loss or theft of the product


4. Warranty Procedure

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at contact@ciloa.store with your order number and photos or videos of the issue.

  2. Our support team will review your case within 2–4 business days.

  3. If the defect is covered, we will either:

    • Repair the watch at no cost, or

    • Replace it with a new one of equal value.

Customers may be asked to return the defective product before replacement.


5. Shipping Costs

CILOA Watches covers the cost of shipping for approved warranty repairs or replacements.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the claim is not covered under warranty.


6. Validity

The warranty is valid only for watches purchased directly from www.ciloa.store or authorized resellers.
Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for any claim.


7. Legal Notice

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. Other rights may vary depending on your jurisdiction.
CILOA Watches reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the terms of this policy.
