2. Products
CILOA Watches offers custom-designed and assembled watches.
All products are described and photographed with the greatest accuracy possible. However, minor variations in color or finish may occur depending on lighting or screen settings.
CILOA Watches reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Shipping fees may be applied depending on the destination and will be displayed before checkout.
CILOA Watches reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but orders will be charged at the rate in effect at the time of purchase.
4. Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email is sent to the customer.
CILOA Watches reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of suspicion of fraud, payment issues, or product unavailability.
5. Payment

CILOA Watches is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs or external logistics issues beyond our control.

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method after inspection.
8. Warranty
All CILOA Watches come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, water damage, accidents, or improper use.
9. Limitation of Liability
CILOA Watches shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
In all cases, the company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order in question.
